I've always had weight issues (thank goodness for elasticated waistbands!) and thankfully since Garry's carried out size management hypnotherapy I'm seeing changes in my size and shape already (6 weeks in). Because of this my confidence is rising and my self esteem is increasing every day, I no longer get out of breath (which was my reason for wanting to change, it frightened me when I ran upstairs and couldn't get my breath, at my age (51 years young) I didn't expect that!
